Get lost in the magical celebration of Russian “Old” New Year.

Winter is a truly festive season in Russia – we have holidays every week. Orthodox Christmas is on the 7th of January and we love New Year so much, so we celebrate it twice – the “second” Old New Year falls on the 14th of January. However, the holiday spirit does not leave the historical streets for a long time – Moscow and St Petersburg city centers still shine with all kinds of decorations and ornaments letting their guests get lost in a magical journey.

The journey would not be complete without the Russia’s winter trademark - the Nutcracker ballet by Tchaikovsky. So we offer you to be not just a mere observer, but a full participant of that fairytale. Take a masterclass in the Nutcracker ballet with costumes in original style, actors and ballet dancers. The theme was so catching so we tried it for our own staff party this winter in the Taleon Imperial Hotel and proved that everyone can dance!
