Do you know that Moscow has a hotline for tourists? The Moscow Tourist Information Support Centre launched it in August this year and by now it has taken more than 10 000 calls.

The operators provide all kinds of information, including the schedule of interesting events, fares in public transport and how to pay them, how to get from one address  to another and everything you might need while visiting the capital of Russia. They will also assist you in an emergency.

If you are in Moscow or Moscow Region you can call them 24/7 on a short number 122 from a mobile phone using Russian and foreign operators' sim cards. The landline number +7 (495) 122-01-11 can be dialed from mobile and landline numbers not only in Russia, but abroad, so you can plan your trip ahead of time. Calls are charged at your operator's rates.

Tourist Information will not solve all the problems and sometimes you need a local specialist to plan your trip, especially with an incentive program for your guests. Contact #russkieprostori DMC and you will get nothing but the best.
