The highest 360-degree observation platform in Europe opens in Moscow City on April 21.

This weekend is promising to be exciting in the capital of Russia. The platform will be in one of one of the highest skyscrapers in City, a newly constructed business district in Moscow. You will climb up on the 89th floor, 374 meters above the ground, and get the most advantageous 360-degree view from the city center. The experience will be extra cool with a scoop of ice-cream – you will be able to get several of 84 tastes that are offered in the Ice Cream Parlor. In addition, one scoop is offered for free to all visitors.
If you are new in town and have not had an opportunity to learn about other attractions, do not worry, you will see a 3-minute projection show with a 3D projection mapping about the history of Moscow. You also will have a personal guide – not an actual persons who tells you a 3 hour boring story about tsars and buildings you will never memorize, but a pad with a reference book that will also show you an alternate reality when you put in front of one of hundreds attractions you see through the window.
The venue can be reserved for groups, and it holds various events there – from musical concerts to business gatherings. Just imagine holding an event above the capital of Russia.
It also has a restaurant with European cuisine, and accessible for disabled people.
