RP’s project manager Evgenia Simonova and her family have recently visited another FIFA destinations and shared with us her experience.

First of all I was absolutely amazed by Kazan's architecture and cultural legacy, Evgenia says, it's so attractive and you can't resist its charming appearance. At the same time you notice that you are in a sport capital: wherever you go, you see modern stadiums and sports complexes. They have a vast experience of organizing world championships, including Universiade 2013, for which they built tate of the art sport facilities. The city is also equipped with new hotels of international chains managed by professional staff, such Marriott and Park Inn, and a new airport terminal. Now Kazan makes preparations for 2018 FIFA World Cup and the all citizens of Kazan are working hard to meet the highest international standards.

Kazan is the capital and the largest city of republic Tatarstan in Russia. You feel immediately that you are somewhere abroad in a different state. This unbelievable combination of traditional Russia with Oriental features leaves an Impression as though the city has come directly from a fairytale - with Russian Orthodox Churches and Muslim Mosques built within Kremlin walls, just several meters from each other. For a European citizen this may seem a strange combination but Kazan is a city of contrasts, its amicable and hospitable citizens seamlessly unite two different cultures and religions. This is the place where East and West live in harmony and present the world with the most fascinating architecture, history and art.

Kazan is the most prepared city for FIFA with experience of organizing world championships and great incentive opportunities.
